Seven Years of Threats, a Violent Armed Home Invasion, and the Institutions That Never Took Command

By William H. Moseley
Multi-Platinum Music Executive and Grammy-Nominated Publicist
Faith. Family. Freedom.

To the Federal Bureau of Investigation, every law enforcement agency and government office that received my reports, the Oregon Department of Justice, the technology companies that carried and preserved this conduct, journalists, public officials, the music industry, and the American people:

I believe in accountability. I believe in the institutions established to protect American citizens, in the rule of law, and in the honorable men and women who perform their duties with courage and integrity.

But when institutions fail, accountability does not disappear. The responsibility to demand it remains.

That is what I am doing now.

I will approach this as I approach business: with discipline, evidence, persistence, and the determination to finish what others left unfinished. I do not retreat from difficult problems. I identify what failed, protect the people and interests entrusted to me, take command of the situation, and drive it toward a result.

For seven years, I refused to tell this story publicly.

I am a professional. I believed commercial disputes belonged in contracts, accounting records, attorneys’ offices, courtrooms, and lawful government channels, not in public spectacles engineered to enrage strangers. I paid the bills. I hired professionals. I corrected failures. I preserved records. I answered complaints. I reported threats. I went to police. I went to the FBI.

I gave professional processes and public institutions every opportunity to work as intended.

The conduct continued.

My silence did not produce peace. It protected the people exploiting it.

That period is over.

Over the course of seven years, what began as a business dispute became an obsessive public vendetta. Words delivered into a large international audience created a target. That target moved through fan groups, anonymous accounts, publications, reviews, platform reports, government complaints, direct contacts with my clients and colleagues, and ultimately physical violence.

During those seven years, I received hundreds of death threats and thousands of calls and attempted contacts. They came during the workday, late at night, and repeatedly through the hours when most people should feel safest inside their homes. Numbers were blocked. Accounts were blocked. New ones appeared. The telephone I depended on for business, family, and the people closest to me stopped functioning like an ordinary telephone and became an alarm that could sound at any hour.

Unfamiliar people watched my homes under suspicious circumstances. Masked individuals appeared outside. Someone tested my front door handle during a police reported attempted entry. Messages identified where I was staying. Clients, colleagues, business partners, family members, and romantic relationships were targeted. My personal information was circulated. Sexually graphic fake content was manufactured to resemble me and paired with real identifying information.

Then, at approximately 2:45 in the morning, the nightmare became physical.

I opened my front door expecting a food delivery. There was no food. There were two people, and at least one had a weapon.

Within seconds, I was fighting two intruders during a violent armed home invasion.

They arrived under cover of darkness, using deception, superior numbers, and a weapon. They expected fear, confusion, and an easy target.

They chose the wrong house.

I ripped the weapon away, turned it against them, fought both of them blood and bone, tooth and nail, and drove them out of my home.

Most people would assume that was the climax.

It was not.

The intruders fled.

The horror stayed.

What followed became more intimate, more calculated, and more psychologically depraved than the physical attack itself. The campaign entered my telephone, my identity, my sexuality, my private relationships, my personal information, and the sanctity of my home.

The horror is what happened.

The scandal is that authorities possessed warnings before the violence, received reports afterward, were contacted repeatedly by multiple witnesses and colleagues, and still no agency, police department, or government office informed me that it had taken command of the complete pattern as one connected safety matter.

The government does not need another version of my story.

It already has the record.

The institutions with the warnings never took command.

So I did.

The Words That Created the Target

To understand how violence reached my front door, it is necessary to understand how the target was created.

Dustin Miller, known professionally as D Loc, used a public video to launch a vicious and vindictive attack on my name. He branded me a thief and accused me of taking property that, according to my records and understanding, remained in his possession while he was making the video.

Then, before the audience he was addressing, he declared:

“When I see him, I’m gonna hit him with a baseball bat, like 20 times.”

That was not a contract demand, an accounting request, or an attorney stating a claim. It was a public description of repeatedly beating me with a weapon.

While discussing disputed assets, he also declared that nobody would take what he claimed belonged to him and the other artists:

“without me fucking fighting to the death, getting this shit back on every level.”

Watching that did not make me retreat. It angered me. His demeanor appeared enraged, erratic, and detached from every boundary of a legitimate commercial dispute. He attacked my honesty, portrayed me as someone who had betrayed an entire community, and spoke about brutal violence as though his grievance entitled him to inflict it.

He addressed the Juggalos and the band’s wider audience directly. That context mattered. Federal law enforcement has previously discussed criminal Juggalo subsets as a public safety concern. That did not mean every Juggalo or every Kottonmouth Kings fan was dangerous. It did mean that inflammatory accusations and explicit violent language were being delivered into a vast, intensely loyal audience that included violent criminal elements.

Then, woven into the same performance of accusation, rage, threats, and supposed righteous indignation, came the commercial promotion:

Like, follow, and subscribe to PTB Records.

The attack and the advertisement were part of the same production. Dustin presented me as the villain, inflamed an emotionally invested audience, described repeatedly striking me with a baseball bat, invoked fighting to the death, and directed the resulting attention toward the label he was launching.

My name was the hook. His label was the product. My reputation was the marketing budget he did not want to pay for himself.

He was not merely telling a story.

He was selling one.

The more furious the audience became toward me, the more commercially useful the spectacle became. Every repost expanded the reach. Every new follower strengthened the launch. Every person convinced that I had harmed the band became another potential subscriber, customer, defender, reporter, or unpaid participant in the campaign.

The pattern reflected control, ego, self promotion, and greed. Dustin wanted authority without carrying the invoices, vendor failures, refunds, inventory obligations, operating costs, or accountability.

He wanted the crown without its weight.

That pattern resurfaced in August 2025. By August 31, accusations were being published and carried directly into professional relationships under the Kottonmouth Kings Records identity. Within days, violence came through my front door. The chronology alone does not identify the two people who entered my home, but it establishes that a renewed commercial campaign, targeted industry outreach, a surge in accusations, and a violent home invasion occurred almost on top of one another.

That timing cannot responsibly be ignored.

The remaining questions are who controlled the accounts, who directed the campaign, what communications occurred before the home invasion, and how far the commercial motive extended beyond what was visible publicly.

In the original callout, Dustin presented this as a fight that would not end.

He kept that promise.

The arguments changed. The accounts changed. The label names changed. The methods changed. The locations changed.

The obsession did not.

The Merchandise Story the Public Was Never Given

I had a real business relationship with Dustin and worked with him and the band on music, merchandise, digital assets, production, promotion, customer orders, accounting, and intellectual property. I was not an outsider who appeared one day and attached himself to the group. I invested my money, labor, judgment, and resources trying to rebuild something its fans valued, including an effort to reunite the original three members.

A distorted merchandise story later became one of the principal weapons used to turn that audience against me.

Professional outside companies manufactured, stored, processed, and shipped the merchandise. Dustin found and brought the fulfillment company into the operation. I paid the company, the manufacturers, warehousing, shipping, fulfillment expenses, and customer refunds. When that company failed to perform, I did not hide behind the vendor. My name was attached to the operation, so I worked and paid to correct its failures.

While outstanding fan orders remained and I was attempting to reconcile inventory, Dustin picked up merchandise from the operation. Years later, the public was given a story in which I alone was responsible for what fans did not receive.

The invoices, payments, refunds, accounting, and product movement complicated that story, so they were omitted.

I spent more than $25,000 on the first merchandise round alone. My correspondence shows that I sent Dustin the accounting, that he asked what merchandise had been sent to him, and that I later requested updated inventory after he picked up merchandise. The records also document vendor disputes, customer refunds, payment confirmations, and my efforts to correct the failures when they occurred.

Even people who had never purchased anything were encouraged to feel personally cheated. They were handed a villain, an emotional cause, and a new label to support.

The public was not given the complete business history.

It was given the version most useful to the people selling themselves as my replacement.

An Audience Was Given a Target

Joshua Shear first entered this history through a disputed merchandise order. Years later, he publicly identified himself as Chief Technology Officer of Kottonmouth Kings Records and became one of the most aggressive people publishing and communicating accusations about me.

The audience was not merely shown an accusation and left to evaluate it. It was repeatedly given a target and later urged to act. Reviews appeared. Reports appeared. Professional accounts were challenged. Clients and colleagues were contacted.

A commercial disagreement became a distributed campaign.

I do not accuse every Juggalo or every Kottonmouth Kings fan of misconduct. Many were shown a distorted story and reacted to what they believed. Responsibility rests first with the people who supplied that story, removed the accounting, hid the refunds, omitted the inventory history, and used the resulting anger to promote themselves.

But the most unstable participants were handed a villain, violent language, a moral justification, and repeated reasons to act. Some left reviews. Some filed reports. Some contacted clients. Some challenged accounts. Some discussed violence. Some sent threats.

The fan base became a delivery system, and its most unstable faction became a digital posse.

The accusation created the target.

The mobilization gave it reach.

Then the campaign followed me into Oklahoma.

Oklahoma: When the Pattern Changed

I was in Oklahoma as an investor in a substantial business. I was there to create value and help build a serious operation with real assets, real clients, and the potential to support dozens of jobs.

Before Oklahoma, the harassment had a different tone, frequency, subject matter, and method of delivery. It was hostile, but largely connected to music, disputed digital properties, public accusations, and online abuse.

In Oklahoma, it changed.

Around the same period, a band from the same broader orbit entered the Oklahoma market with a competing business. I will not name the company or product here. Its flagship product was, in my view, a cheap imitation of a product connected to a company in which I had made substantial investments.

The communications became local, industry specific, and operational. They accused me of illegal activity in the Oklahoma market. They invoked regulators, industry organizations, law enforcement, and government agencies. Someone attempted to arrange an in person transaction. Messages reached an Oklahoma industry association. Another communication said the market should be rid of operators like me. Separate contacts referenced the business, the industry, and my Oklahoma home.

Then came:

“We see you and are coming for you.”

The message included residential information.

Another communication said:

“Paces Point tonight.”

Paces Point was immediately beside my Oklahoma home.

The residence specific threats and Oklahoma industry accusations escalated together during the summer of 2023.

The timing, subject matter, and location changed together.

That was not random.

The remaining question is who controlled the accounts and directed the campaign.

I ultimately returned home because remaining in Oklahoma had become an unacceptable safety risk. I was an investor trying to create value. I was not going to volunteer myself, my business partners, our clients, or the people around us for somebody else’s vendetta.

The Oklahoma City Police Department listened when I brought them several of the most recent threats. They asked questions and treated the matter seriously.

Then I went to the FBI.

The Warning Was Already in Federal Hands

By 2023, this was no longer a music disagreement. It was a public safety problem involving direct threats, commercial interference, location specific messages, masked visitors, suspicious people observing my homes, a police reported attempted entry, and repeated contacts directed at people around me.

On November 8, 2023, an FBI agent confirmed in writing that he had documented my complaint and transferred it internally. He also told me that after the transfer, he no longer had visibility into what happened with it.

The warning was in federal hands before the violence.

Another communication said:

“Been hired to do a job.”

It continued:

“I do my job all too well.”

The message discussed direct threats on me. By then, the surrounding record already contained direct threats, people watching homes, a masked visitor, a tested door, a police reported attempted entry, residential information, commercial interference, and contacts directed at the people around me.

I reported before the violence.

The record already existed.

Then the warnings became bloodshed inside my home.

They Picked the Wrong House

The violent home invasion described at the beginning occurred after those warnings.

That night, I received an unusual delivery message stating, in substance:

“I think I have the right house.”

I opened my door expecting food. There was no food. There were two people. At least one had a weapon.

They relied on darkness, deception, superior numbers, and surprise. They expected an easy target.

They were wrong.

I ripped the weapon away, turned it against them, fought both of them blood and bone, tooth and nail, and drove them out of my home. One left with a serious wound to the eye. Both left knowing that they had chosen the wrong house, the wrong man, and the wrong American.

These were not masterminds. They were cowards who needed darkness, deception, superior numbers, and a weapon to feel powerful. When those advantages disappeared, so did they.

I did not create that violence.

I ended it.

When the immediate danger passed, I did not hunt anybody down or seek revenge. That is the difference between strength and lawlessness.

Afterward, an officer told me:

“If this happens again, don’t fight. Let them take whatever they want.”

I understand the principle that property can be replaced. But a violent intruder does not announce whether he wants your television, your computer, your money, or your life. There is no negotiation period during a violent home invasion.

I did not fight over property.

I fought because armed cowards brought violence into my home.

I believed the violence was the climax.

It was not.

The Intruders Fled. The Horror Stayed.

Information about the serious wound to the eye circulated outside my home. Then an account using the EyeHatcher identity contacted me and said:

“Kill Yourself.”

It followed that with:

**“not a threat.”*

A separate account associated with the Hatcher identity posted:

“Ur done”

alongside disturbing stuffed character imagery.

Then a stuffed animal with ketchup on it appeared at my home.

Consider the sequence: a violent home invasion, a serious wound to the eye, information about that wound circulating outside my home, someone using the name EyeHatcher telling me to kill myself, disturbing imagery, and then a corresponding physical object carried to the same home and left there.

What had existed on a screen was now sitting outside my door.

That was calculated psychological terror carried from an online account into the physical world.

Then came the late night message:

“You think your alone. Your not.”

My later investigation produced information connecting the Arizona business contact to the person behind that message. A person outside my established operations had previously proposed that I travel to Arizona for a meeting under a business premise. An accident caused me to miss the flight.

Thank God.

That information changed how I understood the proposed meeting. I do not believe its purpose was an ordinary business conversation.

There were also unexplained voices outside my home. On one occasion, an unseen woman said, “I see you,” twice, followed by, “I know where you live.” Another person was present, and police were notified.

Then came the calls. Hundreds of unwanted contacts over months, often deep into the night, through telephone numbers, internet calling, social platforms, and messaging applications. Blocking one number or account only produced another.

The violence had left my home.

The invasion had not.

It entered my telephone, my routines, my private relationships, and my ability to answer a knock or an unknown number without wondering what came next.

Sexualized Identity Abuse and Attacks on My Private Relationships

The fake sexual material was not crude humor. It was an attempt to seize control of my identity.

I encountered AI generated nude images, sexually explicit material, graphic fabricated videos, and profiles I never created that were presented as me. Real identifying information was attached to that manufactured sexual identity. Disturbed strangers were given false material about my body alongside real ways to locate and contact me.

The material entered sexually disturbing online communities and what was represented to me as some of the darkest corners of the internet. The communications that followed were grotesque, predatory, and detached from normal human boundaries.

I will not reproduce those images or videos. There are things a person cannot unsee.

This was sexualized identity abuse and psychological violence. It was designed to humiliate me, expose me to strangers, destroy ordinary boundaries around my body and privacy, and turn the most intimate parts of my life into another battlefield.

The campaign also entered my romantic relationships through fabricated sexual material, impersonation, degrading claims, private information, and communications from disturbed strangers. There was no business purpose and no legitimate public interest. It was intimate destruction for its own sake, an effort to make closeness unsafe, turn affection into suspicion, and make private relationships another front in the vendetta.

For that, there will be accountability.

Taken together, the sequence belongs in a psychological horror story: public threats, masked observers, a tested door, residence specific messages, a false delivery, two intruders, a weapon, EyeHatcher, grotesque imagery crossing into the physical world, a late night message telling me I was not alone, voices outside my home, thousands of calls, sexually graphic deepfakes, attacks on intimate relationships, and personal information circulated through the darkest corners of the internet.

The difference is that no writer invented this.

There was no set. There was no director. Nobody called cut.

It was real.

The people responsible expected fear, exhaustion, and surrender.

They created evidence.

No Institution Took Command

No agency, police department, or government office has informed me that it assumed responsibility for investigating the complete chronology as one connected safety matter.

No institution assembled the public threats, commercial interference, audience mobilization, residence specific messages, masked observers, attempted entry, violent home invasion, post invasion terror, sexually graphic impersonation, attacks on intimate relationships, thousands of overnight contacts, government complaints, and continuing threats into one coherent investigation.

I reported before the home invasion and again afterward. At least three other people repeatedly contacted authorities because they witnessed the conduct, reviewed the evidence, or became concerned for my safety. Colleagues continue making calls nearly every week.

The agencies already possess reports, correspondence, dates, screenshots, witnesses, names, and evidence documenting the larger pattern.

The government does not need another version of my story.

It already has the record.

When private adversaries invoked government procedures against me, machinery moved. When I reported danger that later became violence inside my home, responsibility disappeared into referrals, separate files, unanswered messages, and offices with no visibility beyond their individual fragment.

Government machinery could organize itself quickly enough to attack my wallet.

It could not organize itself to answer who was attacking my home.

I will not continue submitting the same evidence into another bureaucratic compartment merely so another office can acknowledge receipt and move on. My reports, calls, threats, government complaints, and the home invasion are already on record.

The question is no longer whether government was notified.

It was.

The question is what the institutions that received those warnings did with them and why no authority took command of the complete pattern.

I am no longer asking for rescue.

I am demanding an accounting.

The failure to act is now theirs to explain.

Government Power Was Conscripted into the Vendetta

The same people invoking the FBI, Internal Revenue Service, Drug Enforcement Administration, Transportation Security Administration, Oregon Department of Justice, police, regulators, and industry organizations against me were attempting to conscript taxpayer funded institutions into a private vendetta.

They used official names, procedures, deadlines, and the implied threat of government power to attack my finances, reputation, relationships, and ability to operate.

One communication claimed the TSA had been notified that I transported drugs across state lines. Another claimed the IRS had been told that I was involved in narcotics trafficking and tax violations. An email sent to someone professionally associated with me claimed that the IRS, DEA, local authorities, and an industry organization had been contacted, then warned that continuing to work with me could cause professional damage.

At the same time I was asking federal authorities to examine an escalating safety problem, these people were invoking federal and state agencies to attack my credibility, livelihood, and wallet.

The Oregon Department of Justice process became the clearest example. It forced me to stop operating businesses, collect records, research companies, preserve communications, coordinate with colleagues, prepare written responses, assemble evidence packets, and answer expanding allegations under official deadlines. When supplemental accusations were forwarded, I was given three business days to respond.

The complaint was presented as a consumer matter, yet I could identify no ordinary consumer transaction matching the alleged loss. The underlying disagreement concerned music rights, authorization, accounting, distribution, copyright, and payment.

A competent review should have exposed the mismatch immediately. Instead, I had to spend a substantial and frankly ridiculous amount of money and executive time dismantling claims that should never have required that level of government attention.

The Oregon DOJ ultimately closed the matter. Closure did not return the money, staff hours, professional expense, disrupted relationships, or time consumed.

The weapon was not necessarily the government employee.

The weapon was the process.

A private adversary does not need to control a government office. He only needs to trigger a procedure and force the target to absorb the consequences.

That is weaponization through bureaucracy.

The Complaint Followed the Threat

The Oregon complaint followed a straightforward request for music authorization and accounting.

A veteran platinum artist told me that music was generating revenue despite him not receiving the money he believed he was owed. I asked the person involved for authorization, accounting, and proof of payment.

The response was:

“Tread lightly dude. You’re messing with the wrong one.”

Then:

“Keep it up dude. You got no clue.”

Then:

“About to teach you a lesson. And put you in jail.”

The Oregon DOJ complaint followed.

Ryan Elder did not exist in a separate universe from the Kottonmouth Kings campaign. Joshua Shear publicly identified himself as Chief Technology Officer of Kottonmouth Kings Records and with StruK Media. A StruK communication contacted the artist on behalf of Kottonmouth Kings regarding a purported class action against me. Ryan’s government submissions later referenced Syko and Kottonmouth Kings material, and he wrote that “everyone has come together to fight back.”

Place those words beside the promise to teach me a lesson and put me in jail.

Then the complaint followed.

He promised a lesson.

The lesson was bureaucratic warfare.

Joshua Shear Entered My Professional Relationships

Joshua Shear did not remain an observer. He entered my professional relationships.

A communication signed by Joshua Shear and Kottonmouth Kings Records told one of my business partners:

“We advise you in the strongest possible terms to sever all ties with William Moseley.”

Then came the public question:

“Want me to stop?”

The remainder tied stopping to my surrender of disputed digital properties. That was not an invitation to compare contracts or reconcile an accounting. It linked the end of ongoing conduct to surrender.

I did not surrender.

Joshua later sent me:

“I hope you fucking die and that is not a threat. I hope you die. Plain and simple. You don’t deserve to live, loser.”

Adding “not a threat” did not make the message sane, respectable, or harmless. It showed how comfortable he had become saying monstrous things while attempting to manufacture technical deniability.

Joshua attempted to dress a personal vendetta in the costume of journalism, technology, consumer advocacy, and public warning.

The costume did not change the conduct beneath it.

Then came publications, a purported dossier, public calls to action, reviews, reports, challenges to professional properties, direct contacts with people around me, and efforts to erase my professional history.

One public post celebrated professional information disappearing with:

“And it’s gone.”

No.

I am not gone.

The Platforms Carried It

Technology companies cannot build billion dollar systems around recommendation, engagement, impersonation, outrage, and human attention, then behave like passive bulletin boards when those systems carry threats, doxxing, sexual deepfakes, and organized reputational destruction.

Section 230 may provide legal protection against treating a platform as the publisher of every user’s speech. It is not a moral pardon.

Platforms possess login histories, IP records, device identifiers, administrator changes, deletion logs, reports, appeals, recommendation data, and metadata that private citizens cannot obtain. Too often, the target receives an automated rejection or silence while the material continues producing engagement.

They privatized the profit, automated the denial, and externalized the human damage.

That is not meaningful neutrality.

It is industrialized indifference.

For Those Who Do Not Know Me

For those who know me, no introduction is necessary. They know I do not arrive after the battle to explain what should have happened.

I arrive while it is still being fought.

When the room empties, the odds turn ugly, and everyone else finds a reason to step backward, I take command. I secure what was entrusted to me, protect the people beside me, and move the line forward.

For those who do not know me, my name is William H. Moseley.

The Moseley name was given to me by my family. It is not decoration. It is a responsibility.

A family name is protected by honoring your word, paying what you owe, standing beside the people who trusted you, correcting mistakes, and refusing to let cowards define it from behind anonymous accounts.

I am an American music executive, producer, investor, and rights administrator. My record is measured in results, not speeches. I have built businesses, financed projects, protected artists, paid obligations, corrected failures, and defended what was entrusted to me.

The people behind this conduct chose the opposite path. They contacted clients they did not earn, interfered with relationships they did not build, attacked businesses they did not finance, consumed public resources they did not create, and forced productive people to clean up their filth.

They tear down because they cannot build. They harass because they cannot compete. They hide behind anonymous accounts, crowds, bureaucracy, sexually graphic fake content, and innocent people because they cannot face me directly with a contract, accounting, or credible evidence.

Their conduct is profoundly un American. It shows contempt for law, private property, privacy, family, productive work, and the principle that disputes are resolved through evidence rather than intimidation.

These people do not control my future, my work, my relationships, my name, my well being, or my state of mind.

They never did.

They controlled only how much evidence they created while trying.

They spent seven years attempting to determine the conditions of my life.

That period is over.

I determine what happens next.

Respect for the System Means Fighting for It

I support my country and my President. I respect President Donald J. Trump, FBI Director Kash Patel, and the men and women who serve this country honorably.

I respect Director Patel’s public commitment to accountability within and outside the Bureau, constitutional oversight, support for honorable agents, and the restoration of public trust.

That is the standard I expect: results, command, and accountability.

I do not hold the entire FBI responsible for the fragmentation, indifference, or failures of individual offices. I respect the agents serving this country honorably. I am identifying a failure in how my warnings were transferred, fragmented, and allowed to disappear from view before violence came through my door.

I respect the American system.

That is precisely why I will fight to make it work.

Respect does not mean remaining silent while institutions fail to perform their duty. It means refusing to let those failures discredit the laws and public servants that still deserve the confidence of the American people.

One serious professional with the authority and discipline to examine the complete chronology can resolve questions a private citizen cannot.

I expect that standard of work from the system I respect.

I am not asking the system to bend for me.

I am demanding that it function as intended.

I Determine What Happens Next

Matthew 10:34 says:

“I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.”

I do not read that as permission for revenge. I read it as recognition that conviction sometimes requires conflict rather than false peace purchased through silence.

My response will be lawful, documented, public, and relentless.

I documented the conduct. I preserved the evidence. I reported the threats. I answered government inquiries. I invested substantial personal resources. I protected the people around me.

When violence came through my front door, I ended it. When bureaucracy came for my wallet, I answered it. When they tried to erase my history, I preserved it. When they attacked my relationships, I refused to let their filth define me. When they tried to isolate me, the people who knew the truth stood closer.

My name is William H. Moseley. It was given to me by my family, built through my work, and defended through my actions. It will not be rewritten by disturbed strangers, failed competitors, public threats, commercial manipulation, sexual humiliation, institutional cowardice, or bureaucratic abuse.

I will hand the Moseley name forward stronger than I received it.

Words delivered into an audience measured in the millions created consequences far beyond reputation. They created a target, mobilized strangers, entered businesses and relationships, followed me into Oklahoma, identified where I was staying, reached my home through violence, and continued as psychological terror long after the physical attackers had fled.

The people behind the campaign attempted to monetize it. Technology companies carried it. Government procedures were conscripted into it. Institutions with the warnings fragmented it.

Not one took command.

So I did.

They mistook silence for weakness, precision for fear, and restraint for surrender.

Every one of those judgments was wrong.

I preserved the record. I defended my home. I protected my name. I held the line.

Now I determine what happens next.

The people entrusted with public authority must account for their response.

Step up, step down, or get out of the way.

There will be accountability.

That is it.

That is all.

I have never set out to seek public office. I have spent my career building businesses, protecting artists, and creating opportunities. But if public office becomes the only remaining battlefield on which to force accountability, repair broken systems, protect Americans from online psychological warfare, and ensure that another citizen is not left carrying this kind of institutional failure alone, then I will enter it.
